New Membership System FAQ’s

We are pleased to announce that the first phase of our new Membership System has officially launched. We’d like you to stop by and create your new Member Profile.

Create Profile

The new Member System will make interacting with Cravebox much easier and more efficient. The new platform will allow you to:

  • Subscribe and unsubscribe to emails, boxes, and offers more easily
  • Update your shipping address and contact information
  • Enter drawings to win Craveboxes
  • Tell us about yourself, your interests, and the products you would like to try

BELOW ARE ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT THE NEW MEMBER SYSTEM. (**updated on 4/27/12)

Registration

Q. How can I transfer my Cravebox account?
A. We have created a shiny new Cravebox member center that will allow us to handle bigger volumes of members. We have also installed a brand new payment system that will enable smoother transactions and enable us to accept PayPal.

To transition to this new process everyone will need to create a new member profile in the new member center.

To create a new member profile, just click on the link and follow the instructions. We do recognize the Beta Subscribers and so creating a Member Profile will work in these 3 ways.

Cravebox Beta Subscribers (Nov- April) need to click and confirm personal details to create a new profile. Beta Subscribers will not and do not need to receive a key.

Cravebox Beta Subscribers (Nov- April) who opted to keep their email address private in Google Checkout will receive a key.

New Cravers will need to click the link to create a new Member Profile this will generate a key that will be sent to you via email. You will then be asked to insert that key to complete the profile.

Member Profile/Password

Q. I forgot my username or password.
A. No problem – you don’t need it! You are setting up a brand new account on Cravebox, and you can use any username and password that you’d like. If you’ve already signed up to receive email from Cravebox, you can use that email address, or you can use a new one. Remember that your password needs to contain at least one number, one lower case letter and one capital letter.

Q. I didn’t get my Confirmation Key – can you re-send it?
A. Yes we can. Please give us the email address you used and a little time to research your case and we’ll send you the confirmation key you need to complete your registration. Please add website@cravebox.com to your contacts. For those using att, sbcglobal or pacbell email there may be a delay if you do not add website@cravebox.com to your contacts.

Q. Is there a time limit that I need to worry about?
A. No. You can register any time, and there’s no deadline in place to worry about.

Q. I’m a Subscriber but the system didn’t recognize me. Did I lose my spot?
A. No. Everyone who is a current subscriber will get an opportunity to transfer to the new system. You MUST create a member profile, but, if you’re having trouble or if it takes a while for you to get it done, don’t worry. We will reach out to all our current Cravebox Subscribers to ensure that they are correctly re-enrolled in our new system before we ship our next box, and we’ll make sure you don’t miss a beat.

Payments

Q. When do I add my credit card information?
A. The next phase, which will launch in 2 weeks, is our new Payment platform. This will make it far easier for our Members to pay for boxes and subscriptions, and will offer more payment choices, including PayPal.
